Refund Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Products must be shipped back to O’Day Design LLC at customers expense only after receiving authorization for the return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. This includes Digital Downloads, Hazmat Shipped Items, and EarthX STC Kits.
There are certain situations where returns may be allowed outside of the 30 day window:
- Any item which has a defect due to our error.
In these cases O’Day Design LLC will pay for shipping. By purchasing, you agree that O’Day Design LLC’s maximum liability cannot exceed the purchase price of the product. O’Day Design LLC will not be responsible for any labor or alternative supplier costs.
Warranty: If you have a problem with any of our products please contact us. We do not replace products due to neglect, negligence, incorrect installation, overload, or normal wear and tear.
