Designed for piston engines up to 550ci and max alternator output of 80 amps at 28.8V or 150 amps at 28V.  Can be used for one turbine engine if connected in parallel with a second EXT900-24 or use the ETX1200-24-VNT.

A battery management system (BMS) fully protects this lithium starter battery. The BMS protects the cell’s from over discharge, over charge, short circuit, temperature, in addition to cell balancing, to ensure charge levels are equal. Additionally, ETX-Hundred Series aircraft batteries have redundant electronic circuits and battery fault indication. The fault indicator can be connected into your EFIS or wired to a 24volt LED light on your control panel to alert you to the state of charge and state of health of the battery.
