This kit improves the strength of the joint between the strut and the nose fork by using stronger 180ksi fasteners in the front.  This prevents/delays the fork from separating from the strut flange when it is overloaded.

This kit is designed to fit 235, 320, and 360 models with 0.32″ thick forks, 0.20″ thick strut flanges, 0.15″ thick strut clamp, and with or without a .125″ thick tow bar plate.  If you have flange to fork spacers (not recommended) or a different thickness fork or flange then you can still use this kit but may need to source your own length MS21250-04xxx bolt.  Refer to the instructions below for installation:

Unfortunately some of this hardware is not used in many applications beyond higher end aviation and defense so the prices are quite high.  We purchase in bulk to reduce this cost.  While you can source all of this yourself using the parts list provided one will find the cost to far exceed that of this kit.
